The cost seemed a bit high but I needed the replacement remote.. Good follow through after a mistake in the order. Glad to have vibration and heat back for my back. 🙂

As it turns out it was a relay and not the remote. I ordered a relay from you, replaced it , and the chair is “new” again. I will be keeping the remote as that will likely be next.

Thanks to Golden Technologies for sending my replacement left arm as the previous was damaged while placing the chair in the back of our Honda. No problem ordering and after a little wait it arrived for me to install. All god now. Thanks Golden Technologies.
