Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at (585) 678-1670 or email us at customerservice@mobilemobilityservices.com. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Mobile Mobility Services will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Restocking Fees: Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to returns of mobility scooters, power chairs, and lift chairs. This fee covers the cost of technical inspection and repackaging.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
