Power chairs (Jazzy, Go-Chair, Quantum)
The label is on the main frame near the batteries (lift the shroud); on some models it is also on the seat post or footplate. Power chair serial numbers start with J.
Lift recliners (Pride & Mega Motion)
Check near the rear of the motor on the steel lift frame, and on the wood frame below the scissor mechanism. The model number is printed under the barcode. Pride serials start with L; Mega Motion serials usually start with Z.
Matching your chair or scooter
Compare the first 3 characters of your serial number with "Serial starts with" on each model, and confirm the model name. Some prefixes are shared by more than one model.
