Worked like a champ and after talking with Damien I was able to modify the plug operation by swapping the headrest function for the Lift motor.
This allowed my brother to use the lift chair until the new control box arrived and a complete repair could be made. Thank you again !

The part is good and as expected as a replacement; however, it didn't last a full year before a relay failed. This is the second one purchased to be replaced for the customer. Part only had a 90 day warranty so...

We had an issue with the installation of the new backrest motor & requested a call froma technician. We received an e-message to call & that tech was extremely helpful & patient as we worked the problem. The result was diagnostic need of 1 more part to make repair. Ordered, received, & fixed. Super customer support & service. Extremely happy husband who has his chair back once more.
