Product Description

OEM Golden Technologies & Ultra Comfort Headrest and Lumbar Y-Cable (Part Number: GM3100-HLM-EXT). This replacement extension cord connects the internal headrest and lumbar motors to the chair's control box found in Zone 4 and Zone 5 lift chairs. Has (1) 🔴Red 5-pin connector, (1) 🔴Red 2-pin Connector with clamp and (1) ⚫ Black 2-pin connector with clamp. Also fits some Relax The Back chairs.
