The chair is like new again....easy to install and beat waiting months for warranty company to come out to replace it with one not really compatible.

Was skeptical of the authenticity of the business and the part but the check-out / payment process was secure using Amazon pay and the part arrived faster than expected, the lift chair was able to be repaired even though the manufacturer told us it was discontinued and would not give us a part number, I was able to find an idea of the part through research and bought the part without issue from this seller - so grateful we were able to salvage the liftchair with the part being an exact match with the correct plug and attachment points/style
