The NOVA Medical Folding Cup Holder (Item #: CH-1000) is a versatile and adjustable accessory designed to securely hold beverages on a wide range of mobility devices, including walkers, rollators, transport chairs, wheelchairs, and bed rails.
Constructed from durable plastic, this cup holder features a unique geared mounting system that allows it to remain level even when mounted on angled or slanted framework. The holder accommodates a variety of drink sizes and features a slotted front for coffee mug handles. When not in use, the clamps retract and the base folds up to keep your mobility aid streamlined.

Assembly & Installation Instructions
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver (Do not use power tools).
Included Parts: (1) Cup Holder, (1) Hardware Set, (1) Anti-Slip Rubber Insert, (1) Rubber Mat, (2) Mounting Brackets.
- Prepare the Bracket: Determine which side (left or right) the cup holder will be installed. Align the rubber mat inside the mounting bracket. Note: The rubber mat is only for 7/8" tubing. A 1" tubing diameter does not need it.
- Attach to Tubing: Add the other mounting bracket to the opposite side of the tube. Ensure that the inner plastic gear faces the side the cup holder will be attached to. Insert the two larger screws and washers through the sides of the mounting bracket without the gear and tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.
- Level the Holder: Attach the folding cup holder onto the inner plastic gear. Ensure the base of the cup holder is parallel to the ground (rotate the cup holder to adjust along the gear if needed). Secure it in place with the washer and small screw.
- Adjust the Clamps: The folding cup holder can be adjusted by sliding the two clamps to securely fit your beverage. To fold up the cup holder, adjust the clamps to the narrowest setting before flipping the base up.
- Add the Grip: Peel off the paper cover from the anti-slip rubber insert and apply it to the bottom of the cup holder base.
