Genuine OEM replacement Okin Shaft (Part Number: GMOKI-12) and includes Fork Head (Part Number: GMOKI-13). This reverse-thread assembly is designed for compatible Okin Delta-Drive motors, including the GMOKI-28W and GM1500-LM, used in select Golden Technologies and UltraComfort lift chairs.
