The Pride parts diagram for the Phase 2 shroud mechanical lock labels this kit as item D1 along with the painted candy apple red and viper blue economy front tiller shrouds (DWR9966E019C, DWR9966E019D, A1a and A1b), the black rear tiller shroud with yellow tiller lever (DGN1909702-Y, B1), the off-board charger XLR harness (DWR9555H033, C1), fuse block (ELEASMB5383, E1), lower LED headlight (ELEASMB5676, F1) and yellow pull cable (DGN1909705-Y, G1). It is compatible with the 4-Wheel VA Victory 10 S710V and Victory Platinum SC710PLA scooters.

This charger is the same one that originally came with my Pride Pursuit 2 scooter. Works perfectly. Some other 24v, 8amp chargers are not compatible with the batteries in this scooter. This is specifically made for the batteries in this scooter. Highly recommended.
