Coming from the front of the Control Box, there are Five 5-Pin Connectors with Clamps for Headrest (Yellow), Lumbar (Gray), Back (Blue), Base (Green), and Tilt (Orange).
On the back of the Control Box there is one cable labeled as "Hand CTRL&Air". It has three cables split off from that. One cable has a Purple, Male 5-Pin connector used for the Air Bladder. One is labeled as "HC", this is for the Hand Control. The last is not labeled, this is used for the Side Buttons.
Heat Connectors:
3, Square, White, 2-Pin Connectors
Charge Connector:
DC Male Barrel Type Connector. Used for the wireless charger.
Other Connector:
There is a Square, White 5-Pin Port located on the back of the control box. This is not used by the lift chair. My guess is that it is used for programming the device or future expansion.
