OEM Quantum Rehab TRU-Balance 3 Cup Holder Assembly (Part Number: ACC2105089). Multi-adapter assembly that fastens directly to the T-slot channel on your armrest, side rail, or accessory bar. This updated kit directly replaces the ACC125003 cup holder, and is compatibility for all TRU-Balance 3 seating systems equipped with flip-back armrests.

Adapter & Usage Notes:

For Version 3 flip-back armrests, utilize the included 2-prong connector attachment.
For Versions 1 & 2 flip-back armrests, utilize the included 1-prong connector attachment.
