Great people and full of knowledge for parts needed
Worked like a charm! The wider arm connection now doesn’t require the white nylon bushings/washers.
exactly what ordered and paid for A+++++++
After hit and miss on other parts this solved the problem! AM very happy with the product.
After having my Golden lift chair for almost 5 years, the original hand remote finally died with the chair stuck in the up position. I had dropped the remote one too many times and could hear parts jiggling around. I was worried I'd have to buy a new chair (which I can't afford). The Golden website was no help for replacement parts (there isn't a place to order parts on their website) but luckily I found this control on Amazon. I got it today, plugged it in, and the chair works again. I'm so relieved. As someone with cerebral palsy and mobility issues, this chair has been a big help and I'm glad to be able to keep using it. Also, my new remote is a slight upgrade from the original. The new one has a USB port at the end of it (see picture), where as the original did not.
A+++
Although it turns out I brought the wrong motor (brought back motor not base motor) it was a perfect match. That work exactly as needed. The company was very knowledgeable and kind ingesting me the right motor and shipping fast. This is anA++ team. Thank you all for your help.
The remote is working well and we are glad to have found it on your site. The shipping was fast and we will be shopping on the Pride Mobility site again.
